Crynodeb
Provide support to individual AMHPs across the workforce e.g. with the process of returning to practice, rebuilding confidence. Encourage prospective AMHPs with preparation for training and promote the AMHP role within and external to the organisation e.g. at events; multi- agency forums; attending different services and team meetings. Offer clinical and social care advice to professionals in multiple service divisions concerning high risk/ complex cases coming from 136/secure/police custody/Liaison etc. Liaison and gatekeeping for Legal Services as required. To develop and monitor systems, policies, standards and procedures, that ensures compliance with best practice requirements of the Trust and County Council in line with both agencies strategic policies and the strategic plans of the Joint Commissioning Partnership Board. In partnership, to identify trends, strengths and weaknesses that may influence the development of AMHP Services and to develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the designated team/s.
