Are you a caring and adaptable Learning Support Assistant looking for flexible work across secondary schools in Preston and nearby areas?
Hays Education are currently recruiting for dedicated LSAs to join our supply team, supporting a variety of secondary schools in and around Preston. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in different school environments, support a wide range of learners, and enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and where you work.
As a supply Learning Support Assistant, you'll be providing tailored support to students across various subjects and age groups. You'll work closely with teaching staff to help create inclusive and engaging learning experiences, supporting students with both academic and emotional needs.
We're looking for candidates with a Level 2 (or higher) qualification in supporting teaching and learning, or relevant experience in an educational setting. A proactive and compassionate approach is essential, and experience working with secondary-aged pupils is desirable but not required.
