Job Type: Temporary – 4 Weeks
Start Date: 3rd November
Pay Rate: £18hr CIS
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our client, a well-established provider of Build to Rent Accommodation in Sheffield. This is a temporary role coving a period of holiday for 4 weeks.
Maintenance Person Key Responsibilities:
• Basic plumbing tasks
• Minor electrical work (not essential)
• Waste management (bins)
• Grounds and exterior maintenance
• Repairs within student rooms
• Painting and decorating
• Silicone work and sealing
• General property repairs and upkeep
Maintenance Person Requirements:
• Proven experience in maintenance, ideally within student accommodation, property management, Build to Rent, or hospitality
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Multi-skilled and hands-on
• Must be available for an immediate start and happy with working in tenanted properties
• DBS check preferred
