We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Senior Business Support Officer/PA in Student & Academic Services (S&AS). Led by the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, S&AS provides a home for professional services teams supporting key aspects of the educational experience.
In this role, you will provide PA and operational support to the Head of the Student Registry and their management team. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Located in the Students' Union Building, at the heart of the University Campus, the Student Registry is responsible for delivering high quality services to students in areas such as registration, fees and funding, examinations and results, engagement and attendance monitoring, and student formal procedures.
We are looking for someone with proven experience of supporting senior staff at an institution/company. You should have good attention to detail, strong IT skills and be able to cope with juggling multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
