Main Purpose of Post:
Managing 4 homes across Powys area.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational support across our Powys run children’s homes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring each home delivers exceptional care, meets all regulatory requirements, and maintains high occupancy rates while upholding quality standards.
This post includes designation as the Responsible Individual under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, with accountability for ensuring effective oversight, compliance, and quality improvement of the children’s home in accordance with the Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017."
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check
