Following a period of impressive growth, the company is creating a brand-new Finance Assistant position to support its expanding finance function.
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to take on a varied and rewarding role within a dynamic business environment.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
• Match and process high volume purchase ledger invoices, reconcile statements and make payments
• Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Update balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Staff expenses
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
• Previous experience of the above, gained in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator who is confident and able to liaise at all levels in the business
• Friendly and helpful
