Crynodeb
Accurately input, extract, and update confidential participant information using national and bespoke information systems, ensuring adherence to data protection and information governance standards. Process and verify screening clinical and medical information for relevant participant pathways, ensuring compliance with service procedures, data protection and information governance standards. Use own judgement to understand previous screening history and identify which screening pathway is applicable in line with standard operating procedures. Manage appointment booking, rescheduling or cancellations for clinics. Undertake identified checks (Failsafes) to ensure information is in accordance with organisational policy, using complex pathways and algorithms to accurately check against bespoke information technology systems.
