Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – Cornwall - Must have an Enhanced Child's DBS
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support and oversee cleaning operations across multiple school sites in Cornwall. This is a hands-on role that involves travelling between locations, ensuring cleaning standards are maintained, supporting the cleaning teams, and stepping in to clean or cover staff when required.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Cornwall (various school sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday, up to 5 hours per day from 3pm including admin
Salary: £15.00 p/h
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned school sites daily to supervise cleaning operations
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
Support and guide on-site cleaning staff
Provide cover cleaning when needed due to absence or urgent need
Liaise with site contacts and management to address any issues
Complete routine checks and report on site standards
Maintain stock levels and equipment as required
What We Offer:
£15.00 p/h
Company car or £300 monthly vehicle allowance if using your own vehicle
Laptop provided for work-related tasks
Ongoing support and training
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning supervision or facilities management preferred
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Flexible and willing to support with cleaning tasks when necessary
Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce)
