Summary
• Provide respectful and dignified personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with mobility and use of equipment
• Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• Administer or prompt medication as per care plans
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light household tasks (cleaning, laundry)
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care records
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies
