• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with influence from Asian cuisine
• Ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every service
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team
• Bringing enthusiasm and professionalism to a busy, client-facing environment

• Proven experience working with Asian cuisine
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

• Computer literacy and a solid understanding of kitchen standards
