We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Occupational Therapist to join us in the Front Door Team!
This is a 22 hour part-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £35,676 - £42,811 per annum (£21,212 - £25,454 pro rata)

The Role:
The successful candidate will be supported by a Senior Occupational Therapist and an Assistant to manage a caseload of residents requiring assessment and intervention in the community. Support will involve regular supervisions, competency building and annual appraisal to ensure career development.
Your role will involve:
Provide a professional Occupational Therapy including statutory Social Care responsibilities.
Contribute to Service delivery that is person-centred and outcome focused with an emphasis on encouraging independence
Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to address complex needs and achieve best outcomes for individuals and their Carers.
What we are looking for:
Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with client, families, and other professionals.
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
