Location: Town Hall, Windsor & Maidenhead
Hours: 37 per week | Monday–Friday | 09:00–17:00

About the Role
Achieving for Children is seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join their Children’s Therapy Service in Windsor & Maidenhead. This specialist practitioner role is vital in supporting children and young people with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory needs—helping them thrive in everyday life.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team across community, clinic, and educational settings, delivering high-quality, family-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct specialist assessments and deliver tailored interventions

Support children’s participation in daily activities at home, school, and in the community

Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to develop therapy plans

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development

Supervise junior staff and students as needed

Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy

HCPC registration

Experience working with children in health or education settings

Strong communication, organisational, and team-working skills

Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
