We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSW - Senior Social Worker - Court (Gr 8)* to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of children and families involved in court proceedings
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans
Provide direct social work services to clients and their families
Collaborate with legal professionals, including attorneys and court personnel
Facilitate communication and interventions with multi-disciplinary teams
Prepare and present reports to the court on case progress and needs
Advocate for client rights and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Current state licensure as a Social Worker
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, preferably in a court or legal setting
Strong understanding of child welfare laws and court procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment
Crisis intervention skills and experience managing high-stress situations
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.80
