To commence ASAPLovelace School is a popular 3 form entry school nestled in the heart of Chessington. At Lovelace we pride ourselves on our nurturing, family feel and we are often described as a ‘hidden gem’ by our community. Our school has excellent facilities which includes vast grounds, a swimming pool and woodland areas.We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Teachers in delivering high quality learning for our pupils. Ideally we are looking to employ a candidate with previous experience working with children, although training will be given for the right person new to the role. Good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential, as well as a love of learning and the desire to support our children achieve the best they can.
We are a large primary school, located on the borders of South West London and have excellent transport links to the trainline at South Chessington, local bus routes and easy access to the A3.
This is an exciting time to join our school, to help shape a new era of development and growth at Lovelace.The successful candidates would be extremely well supported, working alongside a passionate team of teachers. The working pattern is Monday - Friday, term time only, 8.15am-3.45pm. The annual salary is scale C (£28,617 - £29,436) for 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum.
