What you can expect as a Machine Operative in Alconbury

• Take care of our production machines that are on citrus, grapes, or loose lines.
• Complete regular diary logs of the machine's performance throughout your shift.
• Feed new customer packaging into the machine, such as seals or netting.
• Collaborate with your line leader to improve the line's efficiency.
• Report any mechanical faults promptly, perform fault-finding, and inform our engineering team.
• Manage any machine downtime to prevent the line from stopping.
• Keep the machine clean and ensure it is fit for purpose for the next shift.
• Adhere to Health and Safety in the workplace and report any concerns to your Line Manager.

What we expect of you:

• Technical or mechanical experience or interest in all things technical.
