4 on, 4 off day shift pattern - 0700 - 19.30

What you can expect as a Machine Operative in Alconbury
- Take care of our production machines that are on citrus, grapes, or loose lines.
- Complete regular diary logs of the machine's performance throughout your shift.
- Feed new customer packaging into the machine, such as seals or netting.
- Collaborate with your line leader to improve the line's efficiency.
- Report any mechanical faults promptly, perform fault-finding, and inform our engineering team.
- Manage any machine downtime to prevent the line from stopping.
- Keep the machine clean and ensure it is fit for purpose for the next shift.
- Adhere to Health and Safety in the workplace and report any concerns to your Line Manager.

- Technical or mechanical experience or interest in all things technical.
