Are you adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during production runs? What you can expect as a Night Machine Operative:


  • Advocate for good working practices, ensure the smooth running of your production line, and liaise with the Line Leader to strive for great results.
  • Work directly with Line Leaders and Managers to suggest better efficiency of the machine, maintain production speed, report machine faults, and encourage Production Operatives to follow best working practices.
  • Play a key part in motivating colleagues by fostering a safe space where your team is comfortable providing feedback and suggesting fresh ideas to improve production.
  • Set exemplary health and safety standards by maintaining a clean and safe environment during your shift, which can be confidentially handed over to the next.
  • Be a champion for the freshness of products by identifying the safety and quality of the products we provide to our customers daily.

What we expect of you:


  • Previous machine operator experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results.
  • Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.
  • Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.
  • An awareness of the Production life cycle or willingness to learn.
