What can you expect working as a Night Line Leader in Peterborough


  • You will play a pivotal role in managing, leading, and inspiring Production and Machine Operatives to run one of our Citrus, Grape, or Loose line seamlessly.
  • You will also advocate for best working practices by ensuring colleagues follow correct safety procedures and work alongside Quality Control to ensure the freshness of products.
  • You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line.
  • You will promote a safe space for colleagues and be a valuable team player in contributing to the culture, and motivate your team to excellence.
  • You will complete daily reports such as administration, report any breakdowns, and liaise with your Line Manager about any inefficiencies on the line.

What are we expecting of you:


  • Previous line leading experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results.
  • Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.
  • Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.
  • An awareness of the Production life cycle or willingness to learn.
