In this role, you will provide pre-entry medical scrutiny of Candidates' Primary Health Care Records and medical declarations to ensure they meet military standards, following official guidelines and protocols.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, hybrid role with an assigned office of Upavon, Brighton, Coventry, or Cardiff.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed for each case
• Making clinical decisions and judgement on cases following the NMC/ HCPC Guidelines
• Assessment and completion of computerised documents
• Complying with Capita Audit and Quality Assurance processes
• Working towards daily/weekly case completion targets

Essential qualifications/skills/experience

• Qualified Healthcare Professional with current UK registration (e.g. NMC/ HCPC) with no restrictions
• Post-Registration experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist
• Strong accuracy levels and attention to detail
• Ability to make clinical decisions
• Comfortable working in a target driven environment, you will be typing approximately 8 cases per day
