Location: Bidford-on-Avon B50

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Thursday 07:30 - 16.00 Friday – 07:30 – 15:00



We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our clients ever-growing team at as an E-commerce Administrator.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a fast-growing and well-established company. Over the past decade, the business has seen significant growth and supplies a wide portfolio of clients both nationally and internationally.

This role offers a long-term career path for someone eager to develop their administrative and operational skills, with exposure to e-commerce, logistics, and IT support. You'll be joining a friendly, dedicated team of around 20 staff in a busy and fast-paced office environment

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Aiding the Marketplace Team with the delivery, tracking and invoicing of orders (including those to Amazon).
• Check and ensure all products meet Amazon's compliance standards for the UK and EU.
• Photographing products to document that they meet Amazon's guidelines.
• Monitoring and managing returns from Amazon, including overstocked, damaged, or slow-selling items.
• Processing orders from Amazon Vendor in the UK and Germany, including sending orders to the 3PL, raising invoices, and monitoring shortages.
• Set up new products and improve existing listings to boost sales.
• Carrying out ad hoc duties to support the Marketplace Manager.


Requirements

• Attention to detail
• A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel is required, including the use of functions like pivot tables, lookups and a grasp of formulas.
• Hard work & a willingness to learn.
• Organisational skills.
• Being articulate & taking pride in your work.
• Ability to pick up new concepts quickly.
• Desire to improve systems and working practices.
• Readiness to jump into ad hoc tasks as well as managing own workload.
• Have transport and be able to commute to the office daily.
• Ability to multitask


A knowledge of Excel is essential, and Sage 200 would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
