Believe in people.The roleThis is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.You will be responsible for the delivery of an innovative, professional, high quality efficient administration service, being accountable for a broad range of activities from basic administrative tasks to problem solving and query handling for the SAM Management Team. You will also be a main focal point of contact for the Director of Strategic Asset Management.This role is part of Property where you'll help us to lead the way investing and maintaining 46,000 homes.What you'll achieveData analysis - to support the development of future grant funding bids whilst also assessing the successes/outputs of completed projectsReviewing documentationAssist with producing and formatting presentations.Customer engagement - Support the development and issuing/implementation of customer correspondence by email, letter, phone, webinars, open days etc.Assist and support with emails, enquires and general correspondence for the Director of Strategic Asset Management, highlighting urgent matters and escalating any issues of concern.Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the Director of Strategic Asset Management and Heads of ServiceWhat you'll bringEssential skillsExperience of working in confidential environments and dealing with sensitive information in high professional mannerExperience of providing secretarial support at senior levelAbility to work as part of a team to produce high quality work to tight deadlinesExcellent command of oral and written English and the ability to produce concise and grammatically correct reports and minutes.Ability to organise, prioritise, plan and manage own workload with a minimum of supervisionWhy Orbit?Choosing us means being rewarded in every sense.Here’s what you can expect to enjoy with us.A rewarding experience that works for you We strive to create an inclusive experience with benefits and wellbeing programmes designed to help you, and your loved ones, to thrive.
