Crynodeb
The post holder will work autonomously within the multi-disciplinary team assisting the Hepatology and Gastroenterology Consultants in Inpatient and Outpatient management of patients with Hepatocellular Cancer (HCC). The post holder will have responsibility for the assessment, planning and organisation of a broad range of activities and programmes of care, and the development, implementation and evaluation of individualised care needs. The post holder will lead on clinical audit in this specialised area, ensuring development and progression of practices and guidelines within this environment. The post holder will be accountable for their nursing practices delivered to the patient and will be responsible for their own professional development, adhering to the policies and protocol of the Trust and the regulatory body for the nurse (NMC)
