Your new company
A busy Primary School in North Birmingham is looking for a Primary School Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm and will be a potential temporary to permanent opportunity.
Your new role
The role is working in a busy school office and the role will entail:
- Be the welcoming face of our school-greeting pupils, parents, and visitors with a smile
- Manage attendance records, pupil data, and school communications with precision
- Support teachers and senior staff with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Help coordinate school events, trips, and daily logistics
- Support with chasing attendance and collating stats for management
This is a very busy office and requires an individual that can work under pressure
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills and a calm, flexible approach. Previous experience in a school or administrative setting would be preferred.
