The post will be based in the Human Resources Organisational Development (OD) Team. Colleagues in OD take forward organisational priorities such as professional development, equality, diversity and inclusion, change management projects and benchmarking activities such as the biennial Staff Survey.

There will be regular contact with all areas of the People Directorate and a requirement to work closely with other Professional Services and Academic units across the University.
As the OD Administrator you will provide comprehensive first line support to all of the OD functions in an administrative capacity but will be primarily based in the Staff Development team. Activities will include responding to queries and providing general advice, escalating queries as required, organising meetings, taking a note of action points and undertaking basic data analysis. Other institutional activities such as the coordination of the New Staff Networking Event will also be required.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 4 salary scale, £26,942 - £30,805 per annum
