Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre, which is one of the leading athletic facilities in the southeast of England, offers a variety of sporting activities where there is something for everyone. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. If you are interested in a career in leisure and are passionate about delivering the best customer service, then we have the job for you.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated casual Leisure Assistants to assist with the delivery of the day-to-day programme of activities at Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre. You will need to be confident in dealing with the public in person and by telephone and will assist with the operational matters within the both the indoor and outdoor track and field facilities. i.e., taking bookings, processing payments, setting up and down equipment.

This is the ideal position for individuals who have a keen interest in sports and leisure and want to begin or further their career within the industry and are available to work on a casual basis, including daytime, evening and weekends.
