We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, drive sales, and expand our customer base worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue on e-commerce and wholesale platforms.
2. Manage online storefronts: product listings, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising.
3. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and opportunities in the jewelry and accessories sector.
4. Generate new leads, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
5. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer collaborations, and email marketing.
6. Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
7. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
8. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media ads).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with clients and partners.
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
4. Creative mindset with strong interest in jewelry, accessories, and consumer trends.
5. Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., Chinese) are an advantage.
