This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to shape strategy, boost brand visibility, and unlock new sales opportunities for a thriving leisure organisation.
Key Duties
• Develop and deliver marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage social media channels with engaging, on-brand content
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Oversee website updates, newsletters, SEO, and Google Ads
• Write press releases, manage PR, and strengthen community presence
• Generate new B2B opportunities, partnerships, and revenue growth
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and present reports to management
Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and SEO
• Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
• Creative design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence, flexible for evenings/weekends when needed
