Crynodeb
As we continue to grow our sales function, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager to lead a team of 5 Sales Development Representatives. Reporting directly to the Sales Director. This is a new role in a new team and will be key to the ongoing success of our Sheffield Business Development team. If you are passionate about driving revenue growth, building, and leading a successful team we would love to hear from you!
This is a full-time, permanent role. The first six months will be fully office based with the potential for hybrid working (1 – 2 days per week) beyond that, dependant on the needs of the business.
Must have:
Proven experience as a team manager.
Experience in outbound sales generation, ideally within professional services.
Strong communication skills.
A proactive and results-driven approach to client engagement.
