Crynodeb
We are seeking a Human Resources & Learning Manager to oversee HR operations across our group of hospitality stores. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and employee relations, as well as developing and implementing training programmes for store and management staff. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, maintain HR policies and contracts, and advise senior management on workforce planning, talent development and staff retention. Experience in managing and training staff in a multi-site hospitality or retail environment is highly desirable. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage but is not essential.
