• Structural repairs, vehicle alignment, and jig work as required

• Welding and fabrication in line with strict health and safety protocols

• Ensuring all repairs meet insurer and manufacturer quality standards

• Working with estimators and workshop control to meet turnaround targets

• Keeping a clean, safe and efficient bodyshop workspace

• Following quality control, documentation, and safety procedures to a high standard

You’re an experienced body repair technician who takes pride in top-tier craftsmanship. You have:

• Proven experience in body repair of modern vehicles (premium brand experience desirable)

• Strong working knowledge of bodyshop tooling and techniques

• Ability to carry out repairs to manufacturer and insurance quality standards

• Good problem-solving and technical repair skills

• Strong attention to detail and pride in finish

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced shop

Why This Role?

• £36,000–£42,000 gross annual salary

• 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
