The Role
As Lettings Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the branch’s lettings performance.
You’ll manage a portfolio of properties, develop client relationships, and lead from the front in achieving growth and service targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and developing a portfolio of rental properties
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants
Generating new business and nurturing existing client accounts
Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations
Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and procedures
Working towards branch and individual performance targets
About You
You’ll be a confident, proactive lettings professional with a strong track record in property and people management.
You will have:
Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager within an estate agency
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
A proactive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for property
