Caretaker needed in Middleton Paying £12.85 per hr ref 000A 71DC /1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs across the site.
- Ensure communal areas, entrances, and external spaces are clean, safe, and tidy.
- Monitor and report any health and safety issues or damage to property.
- Assist with deliveries, waste management, and general site logistics.
- Provide access to contractors and supervise works when required.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and support tenants or staff as needed.
- Carry out regular inspections and record findings.
