This is a pivotal role at an exciting time in our journey, as we continue to strengthen our offer to young people and embed relational practice at the heart of everything we do.
Reporting to the Head of Looked After Children Resources, you will lead two dynamic service areas:
Children in Our Care Team andndash; supported by a Team Manager and two Advanced Practitioners
Leaving Care Team andndash; supported by a Team Manager and one Advanced Practitioner
Together, these teams deliver high-quality, relationship based support to children and young people, ensuring their voices shape the services they receive.
