Pay rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 3 - 4 months
DBS requirement: Enhanced DBS is required
To apply for this role, you must have experience in statutory social work or family assessment, with the ability to write clear and analytical assessments and care or support plans. You should be skilled in direct work with children and families, often in complex situations, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. The capacity to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines is essential.
The role:
We are seeking experienced Family Assessment Workers to work in the Pilot team.
You will be case holding children who are identified as children in need and responsible for completing assessments, plans and interventions to support the children allocated.
In return you will be supported by a dedicated team manager who will offer you weekly supervision, ongoing training and access to separate reflective supervision.
What the client is looking for:
Experience with statutory social work or family assessment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
