This is a role for someone who loves turning data into stories, building tools that drive decisions, and connecting people insights with business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualisations using platforms like Visier and Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights across HR.
- Lead on optimisation of monthly reporting, pulling data from payroll, fleet, recognition, and benefits systems to streamline and visualise performance.
- Support the People Analytics and HR digitisation projects across RUI and EMEA, applying agile methodologies & integrating platforms like SAP, Visier and Power Apps.
- Collaborate with global teams across HR and IS to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems and suppliers.
- Help shape the 2026 benefits review by providing analytical support and insight into employee experience and engagement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to connect recognition with performance
- Build digital tools using platforms such as Power Apps to streamline, standardise & enhance core Reward operations

- You've got strong analytical skills and experience in HR data, people analytics
- You're confident with SAP, Visier, Power BI, Excel, and ideally Power Apps.
- You enjoy simplifying complexity and building tools that make data meaningful.

- You don't need to be an expert in reward, you'll learn as you go.
