The successful candidate will:
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about teaching, learning and curriculum design
• Have knowledge and experience of teaching phonics and early reading
• Value and demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• Be actively engaged with the current educational landscape, research and committed to developing their practice
• Understand how to build and manage positive relationships with children, families and the whole Henwick and Ambition Federation community
• Be ready and excited for the next step of their teaching journey
