Are you a fun, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with children? Sapphire-Minton Nursery is seeking a passionate and organised Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Develop and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
• Assist in daily nursery operations and undertake staff training and development.
Requirements:
• A valid Level 3 Certificate in Childcare.
• Previous experience in an Early Years Practitioner role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for supporting children to learn and develop.
• Leadership and management abilities to oversee nursery operations.
