Summary
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Experience or desire to work with children with additional needs
- Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
- Monitor children's well-being and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery space
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
*Recognised Level 3 qualification in early years child development
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Paediatric First Aid
