Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking organisation in the fresh produce and packaging sector, is looking for a Business Development Lead to join their growing team in Cheltenham.
This is a key commercial role, combining strategic business development with hands-on client engagement. You'll have the opportunity to win new business, grow existing accounts, and make a real impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities-
Identify and secure new business opportunities within fresh produce and packaging.

Develop and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Proven business development experience, ideally within fresh produce, foodservice, or packaging.

£45,000 - £50,000 base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses.
