About the Role - Graduate SEN Support Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Support Assistant, you will: Graduate SEN Support Assistant
• Provide individualized support to pupils aged 6–16 with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Social & Emotional difficulties, and Moderate Learning Challenges.
• Assist with small-group activities and classroom support.
• Help children develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver engaging and tailored learning experiences.

• Up to £600 per week.
• Work Monday to Friday, term-time only—no weekends or school holidays.

Who We’re Looking For - Graduate SEN Support Assistant
The ideal candidate is:
• A graduate with a minimum 2:2 degree, preferably in Psychology, Education, or a related subject.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable, able to work effectively in a challenging environment.
• A strong communicator, capable of building positive relationships with children and colleagues.
• Experience in childcare, tutoring, mentoring, or SEN support is a plus but not required.
• Eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
