About the role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Performance Development Manager to join our Quality, Learning and Development Team.
This is a pivotal role designed to enhance organisational efficiency, streamline systems, and improve the learner and staff experience across the College.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identify and deliver process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate the College’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) offer — sourcing, managing, and evaluating impactful training opportunities.
• Design efficient, modern operating models that enhance quality and performance.
