About the Role
The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking an experienced and visionary Area Planning Service Manager to lead the Area Planning Team (North) and oversee planning enforcement functions. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering high-quality development management services while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resident-first values.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing the operational performance of the Area Planning Team (North)
Leading professional teams in processing planning applications and enforcement
Driving service plans and performance targets
Championing innovation and improvement across planning services
