Assess, examine, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions. Advise patients on medications, health promotion, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with MDT members to ensure holistic care. Undertake home visits where required. Maintain accurate patient records and participate in audits, QOF, and clinical trials.
