About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside class teachers to support students’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups
Work 1:1 with pupils or in small groups to reinforce learning
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Assist with preparing learning materials and resources
Support pupils with varying needs, including those who may need extra encouragement
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children in a schools
A friendly, patient and proactive attitude
Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
A genuine interest in supporting children’s education and well-being
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
