Pay rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 4 months

The role:
We are seeking a meticulous and professional Administrator to provide administrative and financial administration support within a Children’s Care Team.
In order to carry out this role, you will have extensive administration experience, strong organisational skills, excellent data input skills, note taking skills and excellent communication skills as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Key responsibilities:
Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including taking calls from professionals and members of the public, reception duties, managing a centralised email account and dealing with and signposting requests
Provide general admin support e.g. photocopying, saving of documents electronically, completion of standard forms, responding to routine correspondence
Maintaining computerised records/management information systems, accurately inputting data
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing and saving
Planning and scheduling of meetings, appointments and training sessions
Operate relevant equipment/ICT packages (e.g. word, excel, in-house databases such as Liquid Logic, spreadsheets, internet)
Undertake general financial administration e.g. raising of orders
Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required, including taking notes where needed
What the client is looking for:
GCSE Grade C or Level 4 or above in English.
Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent qualification or relevant admin experience
Extensive experience of administrative work including note taking
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Data input experience and excellent attention to detail
Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
Good communication skills, both face to face and electronically
