We’re looking for a fabulous Cash Assistant to join our Finance Team from November to January and support us during our busiest time of year. No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know about how a high-street retailer manages cash behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, build transferable skills, and be part of a friendly, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

· Learn how to reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

· Investigate discrepancies and help resolve them with guidance from the team.

· Report on cash shorts and overs in a timely manner.

· Manage the Cash team inbox and respond to queries from stores and Area Managers.

· Support with Love2Shop voucher reconciliation and reporting.

· Assist the Cash Manager with month-end tasks and other ad-hoc duties.

What You’ll Bring

· A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

· Great attention to detail and a love for numbers.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

· Availability to work full-time for the duration of the contract.

· Experience in a seasonal or temporary role is a bonus, but not essential.

What You’ll Gain

· Access to Wagestream, to support your financial wellbeing needs, giving you more control and flexibility with your pay.

· 20% staff discount.

· Round the clock support from our partnership with RetailTrust.
