Our client, a reputable nursery in London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and supporting the development of young children in a stimulating and caring environment.

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our client's experienced team to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere that promotes each child's individual growth and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and experiences that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress and development using established methods and tools
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and ensuring a strong partnership between home and nursery
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to childcare and education
- Attending regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant qualification in childcare or early years education, such as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. A minimum of two years' experience working in a similar setting is highly desirable. Essential qualifications and experience:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare or early years education is essential
