We're seeking an experienced and reflective Year 4 teacher to join a thriving East London primary school with a strong reputation for academic excellence and emotional wellbeing. With a rich curriculum rooted in oracy, enquiry, and project-based learning, the school offers a dynamic and supportive environment for educators who want to make a lasting impact. You'll be part of a team that values research-informed practice, professional development, and inclusive teaching.
We're looking for someone who:
· Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Has substantial experience teaching in UK primary schools
· Demonstrates a secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly in Year 4
· Builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
· Is committed to inclusive, reflective, and restorative practice
· Brings creativity, energy, and a growth mindset to their teaching
· Has an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Please note: This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
