It takes a special kind of person to undertake the role of a Community Support Worker. Is this you?
Are you caring, reliable and friendly, with a can-do attitude to supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations? Then ask yourself: -
Do I want to work with people and make a difference to their lives from the support I give? Do I see myself as a people person? Would I like to be part of a team whose aim is to make people happy and fulfilled?
If you can answer "yes" to these questions, then you have the qualities that we are looking for to be part of our team.

For the role, we ask that you have:
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Care on the Credit and Qualifications Framework or the commitment and ability to attain the qualification within 1 year of appointment (subject to availability of training).
