Typical day as a Housing Management Coordinator

  • Work across multiple supported services, focusing on tenancy support and housing management.

  • Help customers manage tenancies, rent payments, and housing benefit claims to ensure payments are received.

  • Report repairs, liaise with partners for completion, and carry out health and safety compliance visits.

  • Collaborate with the care team to help customers sustain tenancies and achieve high satisfaction.

You bring

  • Work independently and positively influence people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Experienced in tenancy and housing support, including managing voids, property inspections, and health and safety checks.

  • Confident in enforcing tenancy conditions and collecting rent/service charges.

  • Committed to maintaining properties to hotel standards, ensuring quick readiness for new tenants.

  • Bring a proactive, organised, and positive “can do” attitude.

Our team

You’ll be part of a friendly Home Group team, reporting to Becky, our Client Service Manager. You’ll also work closely with care colleagues at the services, led by Registered Managers Emma and Leanne, all dedicated to creating great places to live and work.

Job details

  • Usual hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible working patterns available.

  • Valid Enhanced DBS check needed (we’ll cover the cost if you don’t already have one).

  • Flexibility required to meet customer needs, with time given for personal commitments.
